Hey guys,
SO I haven’t been on this Tumblr alot…and I’ve been doing good on my healthy living, except for the past 2 weeks, I kinda slipped and didn’t do well.
BUT I’m back today and better than ever.
Breakfast
-small bowl of wheaties
-small bowl of frozen blueberries
Lunch
-6 inch wheat bread italian sub from Subway
-diet coke
Dinner
-hotdogs (lowfat) wrapped in pasteries
-low fat chicken noodle soup
Snack
-probably some fruit, veggies, and Wheat Thins or something.
Workout
-treadmill & bike
